well I won't be making it... the g/f doesn't feel like waking up that early (now that I think about it I kind of don't either ) still might take a ride out there though... if you guys see a black FD on the ride back don't forget to wave!!! :D

Looks like at least six are still committed to this little drive to Skyline.:D

We are meeting at Bob Evans restaurant in Vienna VA. From the East, South and North of the Capital Beltway, go west on I-66 at I-495 (just south of Leesburg, Rt 7, and just north of Arlington Blvd, US50). Take Exit 60 north (Rt 123) on I-66 to the first light. Turn right and pull in to the Bob Evans parking lot. The row of spaces behind the restaurant are usually open for us to line up.

We will leave at 9:30 sharp. Show up with a full tank of gas. The roundtrip will be about 150 to 200 miles. And bring your cameras!!

 

I will be there with the Z around 9:30 - 9:45. I have something to take care before I go. Can you guys wait for me? If not, I will try to catch-up with you guys on 66.

Ashutshsm, I don't own a cell phone (no cell, no pager, no problem!) but will have your number with me. We will take I66 to the Front Royal entrance of Skyline Drive. Pit stop at the Dickey Ridge Vistor Center will give folks a chance to catch up if they miss us at Bob Evans.

Pure Tremble, it's you and "some 350Z guys" you didn't name plus Zyal8ter.

This could end up being the photo opportunity event of the year

Thanks to all who made the Skyline Drive a success... Ryan, Dan, Daniel, Heather, Doug, Thida, Tom, Ashmtosh, Russell, Sbash, Saiva, and Russell. Those that couldn't make it missed a great time and lots of Kodak Moments. Don't miss out next year!

(As a 'sporty' car driver) I envy you true sports-car owners! Those things look AWESOME on the move, on a good, clear day! Wait 'n see ...

BTW - Once they're up, if anyone would like full (DVD) resolution footage of themselves (their cars!), just ask, and we'll figure something out. I won't be able post that on the web because it ends up being MASSIVE!

 

Great Time!! I was nice to see some of the faces/cars behind the names.

Looking forward to some more gatherings eventhough it will be hard to top twisting through Skyline Drive during my favorite season!
