stupid rain
while on my home this evening there were heavy rains here in NJ. Well stupid ewing road service or police didnt have any signs a road was flooded and the road was pretty dark, so i ended up going through a huge puddle that had the water up to at least the bottom of my car. No water got into the interior, and the car didnt stall, but tomorrow morning i have to see if the air filter is soaked. They should have had a sign up or something to indicate the road was flooded. I was only in the puddle for maybe 5 or 10 seconds, so the car should be ok. anyone know if any damage was done who covers it, mazda warantee or my car insurance company

If damaged, your car insurance. No damage likely - open the airbox to be sure the airfilter didn't get wet and if you're feeling really guilty, go get the oil changed.

i checked the top of the air filter, its too dark and too wet for me to fiddle with getting it off right now. I started the engine, and it let it run for about 10 minutes. it ran as smooth as anything...god i love this car... I drove it up and down the parking lot and it was fine, at first the brakes werent grabbing right, but that corrected it self after pumping them a couple times. tomorrow i will wake up early and mess with the airbox
I do live in the ewing, nj right near lawrenceville. i grew up by the shore, but moved here to be close to work. is there anything cool to do around here, i only know 1 person here...and well he's a dick
