Dont know how far you are but KDRrotary.com does a good job. Ive seen all his work wit the int-x on 8's pretty good even has a buddy of mine running turbo for 2 years no issues. I believe he will tune the ap but you have to bring a laptop with racetuner software.

If it's a trip, then so be it, but not yet lol. I have everything so that wouldn't be a problem. I'll have to check it out, thanks.

As for the price of everything it was around the low 3k area, not to bad.

I don't know if I should put on most of it, or wait to put it on when I can get it all painted. If I put most of it on it'll just be a black body kit, and two doors lol. I could go and get a big bandaid and put it on my doors. What do you guys think?

the bandaid is a hilarious idea!!! My friend who owns a wrx got into a tussle with a large parking lot shrubbery....apparently he freed himself, but not without a large dent from the base of the bush...

So his poor subi had this HUGE Band Aid decal slapped on it!!

As funny of an idea it is, it'll definitely kill the cool factor (imo) It all depends on what you want to do (meet wise etc.) if you want to wait and show up with the booboos and tell that story....OR...show up with the unpainted pieces, and get to tell both stories....The pieces won't stand out too terribly, will they? since you're car is already black?

Where will one find said bandaid? That would be a purdy big one!!! Speaking of which, I saw a civic yesterday that had tape holding his bumper on, and below the tape he had "drift" written. he told the whole story right there

I remember, back in the day (when I was 15 and walking home from high school), every day I'd see this sunshine yellow OZ Rally Lancer...that was the car that opened doors for me to want to learn and know all about cars. Now I've moved up to want an Evo....but I still like Rally cars...

I would put Rally on mine.... +1 to you syn!! lol

^^ That would seriously be a sigh of relief

Visit? Never! I must remain mysterious....

On a more serious note, I'll be in VA around the 1st of May for the NASCAR race at Richmond with my bro. Not sure if my car will be up then or not done with the mod work I'm putting into it. I'd love to drive the distance in it yet a wee paranoid of leaving it in the parking lot for the entire night of the race with the nice rims I'm getting for it.

Yea, This would be from noon until whenever the race gets over since it's a night race. Plus leaving it overnight at the hotel on a Fri and Sat night. Obviously with the keyfob they can't steal it unless they're hi-tech with some frequency mixer to communicate with the signal in the car to jack it, but rims are another story. Even if I got lock worthy lugnuts all they have to do is drill through them.

I bet if you confront them they'll deny it was them. Have to catch one in the act or tape it for people to admit to their retarded action(get over it Palin). People these days don't want to deal with responsibility.

^True dat son!

And it's not the car you have to worry about, it's someone smashing the window to get into it. *cough* Jess *cough*

Not sure what they would get from smashing my window to get in. I don't keep valuables in the car and a stock radio wouldn't be worth anything much I don't think. But yeup I'm a wee paranoid over that stuff.

Wut, son? Respect yas eldas SON!

yeeeeah.....thanks for that reminder rory..

and i didn't have any valuables in my car, went to DC....someone smashed my window in and took my CD case...that's it...most of which were burnt cd's

I think I'll install a camera on my porch to record my car at all times...and when i see someone ding my door...paintball their car and pour sugar in the gas tank...

That's why I'm glad to have a garage.

Before that I owned trucks so I didn't care as much but when I bought my sportsbike I had that thing locked to the frame of my truck at night since it was in a apt complex parking lot. Moved once I got the 8 to a place with a garage so I can work on it and sleep more peacefully..
