once again NEPOC (new england protege owners club) is holding a meet, and once again it is my pleasure to invite all other mazda owners to join us.

The meet will be held in WESTFIELD, MA at STANLEY PARK on SUNDAY OCTOBER 10th. It may be a little chilly, but we are hoping to grill up some food, check out the rides, maybe install some mods that people have been waiting to get installed, and even play a little football. This is dead center in the middle of New England so its an hour or two drive for everyone so theres no reason for anyone not to go

We had a great time at the beginning of the summer with our cape cod cruise and the meet up at RIU in Boston and hope that a lot of you will come out to make this a great last hurrah before the steelies go on for the winter

almost 30 proteges signed up for this one so far, and we are definitely lookin forward to seeing some rx8s out there

 

Next time the RX8s will have to behave and cut down on the unwanted attention.

 

Funny cause I just traded an 03 Mazdaspeed Protege for my 04 RX8. I'm going to try making it down there and maybe bring a friend who drives a Mazdaspeed. Only problem is that I have a shooting match on that same day but it is in Harvard so it's only about 15 minutes from there. What time do you think you'll be there till? I prob. wouldn't be able to get there till at least 2 or 3. Looks like I gotta hurry to install my new springs before then too.

I was thinking the meet was in Westford not Westfield. Def. a ways from Harvard. I'm def. thinking of cancelling the shooting and coming out to the meet. How many people are you expecting to go and are there any 8's coming?

we have over 30 proteges now, some might come up from NJ or down from montreal....

i think theres at least 5 6s signed up so far, a couple mx6s and no rx7s yet

miatas probably wont show because as it turns out they have a vermont foliage run that weekend

 

Can anyone bring a canzoomer or emanage support tool and software ? I needa get my thingy tuned >< .

 

If I can make it i will bring my usb cable. It will prob take way longer than a couple hours to get it tuned though. Send a PM to Speed Racer and ask if he can bring his CanScan cable.

It's been a long time since I've peeked over this forum.....I'm like 60% sure I'll be going....

 

I won't be able to go like I thought I could. I forgot I have a first birthday for my neice on that day. Too bad it wasn't on Sat. Are there going to be any other meets this year?

 

we want to have a cruise up in VT/NH at some point either late october or early nov but it wont be as big as this one...

The M'sters Fall Foliage Run is not that weekend. you must be talking about the VT club's run. The NH's club run is the following weekend. I'll see if people from the club are interested.

 

I;m interested in the Miata folliage run .... Where can I sign up ? Do they like 8's rollin with em ? 8)

 

you see.......this is what I had in mind when i tried ot form an all mazda club for new england last spring.....one big happy disgusting family of mazda owners maybe we'll give it another go this coming spring



just an FYI, all the CT ppl going to the meet will be meeting up north of hartford at tony march mazda which is just off 91 and traveling in a group up to the meet from there. All the owners coming from boston/cape cod will be stopping a few places along the way out to pick up more cars, ill post some details later this week
