Winter's Coming
and I am very concerned about the 8's capability in the winter weather.
I am semi-seriously considering letting her go for a 4x4. Please tell me this isn't the only way to go...
Who drives their 8 year-round and how do you get along in the snow, slush, etc...?
Help!

btw, there's tons of winter threads but...
I drive my 8 year round in Calgary, Canada. We get a fair bit of cold weather / snow...not gonna lie to ya
I feel better driving it in the winter then my last FWD Accord. With WINTER TIRES, it's a fine car. It's low on low-end torque so taking off in the snow is easy...the handling helps a lot too. Hopefully you have DSC / TCS though? That's definitely a nice safety feature.
Moral of the story:
WINTER TIRES ARE A MUST!
