NJ 2005 RX8 needs some work

$1500 OBO, as is condition, in central NJ.

2005 RX-8, 6 speed manual transmission with 211,617 miles. The engine was replaced at 183,568 miles (less than 30k miles ago) by a rotary specialist (IR Performance in NJ).

Features:
-sun/moonroof
-navigation
-bose sound system
-spoiler
-after-market Magnaflow high-flow catalytic converter
-after-market AEM cold air intake
-clutch was replaced at the same time as engine

The car currently does not drive due to a snapped lower control arm on the driver side. It is not a big repair but I just didn't want to keep maintaining the car.
To be honest, there are several minor repairs which I would do if I wanted to keep it:
- smog pump (secondary air filter) needs to be repaired (gives a CEL)
- sunroof arm snapped (roof still opens/closes but is louder when driving at high speeds)
-brake rotors eventually need to be replaced

At the beginning of the month, the car drove fine and I used it daily until the control arm issue. It has cosmetic problems like rust, dents, scraps, sunvisor broke, dashboard cracks, and the like that do not affect performance and aren't big fixes. (I admit that I could have taken better care of it.) Oh, and I'm the original and only owner. For someone who has the time and inclination to work on it, it's still a great car (I miss driving it).

Bluetii, are you going around saving local RX-8's? I commend it.

Rx8 in my opinion is like a loyal dog. You love it and feed it premium fuel and premix it and maintain it it will red line almost forever.
