The car currently does not drive due to a snapped lower control arm on the driver side. It is not a big repair but I just didn't want to keep maintaining the car.
To be honest, there are several minor repairs which I would do if I wanted to keep it:
- smog pump (secondary air filter) needs to be repaired (gives a CEL)
- sunroof arm snapped (roof still opens/closes but is louder when driving at high speeds)
-brake rotors eventually need to be replaced
At the beginning of the month, the car drove fine and I used it daily until the control arm issue. It has cosmetic problems like rust, dents, scraps, sunvisor broke, dashboard cracks, and the like that do not affect performance and aren't big fixes. (I admit that I could have taken better care of it.) Oh, and I'm the original and only owner. For someone who has the time and inclination to work on it, it's still a great car (I miss driving it).
Some scratching on driver's seat and driver's sun visor is cracked.
Cracked dashboard
Driver's wheel with some peeling.
Center console button is broken but still opens
