First off let me say I absolutely love my rx8 but I've been having some problems with it.it started off with being sluggish and I found out that it had low compression on the rear rotor.so I got the engine rebuilt all the seals and springs replaced .my rotor housing and rotors looked good the shop said. So I got the engine back and when I got done putting it in I tried to start it.would not start. I have the bhr ignitions kit that maybe had 200-300 miles on it before the first engine got low compression. I turned the engine over without the fuel fuse in to prime the engine.still would not start.so I decided to pull it and I got it to run and it seemed like it was missing alittle but I ran it maybe a mile and it shut off again.it would not start just with the key so I pulled it again got it running and took it to my garage and it sat and idled for atleast. 10 mins then shut off.i tried cranking it by key and maybe out of 10 times I got it to start twice.now I tried to start it this morning and it just spins but doesn't seem to fire at all.can somebody please help me I am getting so disappointed.thanks

Your rebuild could have been completely botched, it's rare that you can get away with just seal and spring replacement. Even if it's "ok", don't expect much life out of it. What was the shop that did the rebuild?
The other possibilities are:
- Fuel injector harness is connected wrong
- e-shaft sensor profile hasn't been reset yet
- there is a grounding problem
