adding engine coolant

Here is a question I'm sure has been asked many times. I did try to "search" it, but wound up reading a bunch of other interesting stuff, and never found what I was looking for.
I have started having to add engine coolant regularly. I know it's 97 degrees outside now, but does that have anything to do with it?
I have noticed coolant on my garage floor as well.
What's up with that?

THANKS!

you have a leak....it would be a good idea to find it. Rotaries do not like to overheat and a non-pressurized cooling system is a sure recipe for disaster 😐
