The Answer… Modern versus old sports cars

A few months ago I posted a serious question because I had almost been in an accident it involved racing in first gear with the traction control off. This is a very' important thing that I want to let everyone know that I finally found the answer.

Heavy wax that they use in Russia when you wash your car was still present on the wheels after 15 minutes of driving.
This never happens in the United States because they use much less wax at an auto car wash.

The RX eight is a very wonderfully handling machine and is very balanced. The reason for the confusion was this unknown variable. That is why the car handled in a way that I could not identify as anything normal.

I wanted to make sure that this information is out there if you notice that they're using heavy wax coming out of the sprayer at an auto car wash make sure you drive around for a good amount of time before you do any play.

uhhh, what kind of "racing" is done in first gear in a street car?

WAX on the wheels would have zero effect.
they aren't touching the ground.
Did you mean wax on the TIRES? Even so, that stuff wouldn't stay on very long so I doubt this made much difference either, especially after "15 minutes of driving"

I'm sorry you had a scare and almost got into an accident but it sounds to me as though you're simply looking for an excuse to justify your near accident because you decided to drive like an idiot on the streets.

Please listen carefully to what I say now. It's very important to follow up on a question. I am a car dealer and have driven and raced many high end sports car. I even have had race training. I'm not trying to argue, I trying to gIve the answer to what happened so that others can be helped.
It's the long lasting wax they use here... I'm American... In the States they will not use this because of the environment.
Many times you look for an answer on the web. You go around and around. No answer.
I am ending my question with the answer.
Very different wax... Looks great on the car.

And yes I did spray it on my rims.

In Russia you can't had wash your car easily. Cities and no single family homes, so no yard and hose. Russia is very mush like America was in the 1940 must people live in the cities. It's fun and I miss it sometime... Hand washing.
