Anyone tried this pre mix?

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Super-Tec...allon/16795065

its a semi synthtic used it once or twice around 5 oz seems ok, looked at the ingredients and saw petroleum dissilates, which kinda scared me.....

also anyone have any advice for a road trip? do you just take a big gallon and fill a small container every time you fill up? thanks alot

nm just got done reading this thread..

https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-tec...-179072/page4/

got to page 4 and i think ill rely on ash8's advice

What do we recommend,
ANY Good quality ALL SYNTHETIC 2 Stroke oil, generally used in 2 stroke Motorcycles but not neccesarily...

Rated-Specifying ...ISO-L-EGD, JASO FC, API TC

I use Amsoil Saber Pro.
Idemitsu
Redline
Motul
Quaker State
Pennzoil
Castrol
Quicksilver
Texaco Havoline
Stihl

Plus many others...

Just make sure it is not TCW-3 or marine use, and NO CASTOR "OIL".
Many so called upper cylinder lubricants have Castor oil as their Base (main composition), as I said YOU ONLY get what you pay for.

but does anyone have any advice for road trip while pre mixing? i guess i can just keep a quart and "measure" 4-6 oz....

Idemitsu is old and just hype. I bought a bunch of 8oz plastic bottles and then I just add a bottle and then fill up. That Lucas will do fine.

Keep in mind that there is no evidence premixing does anything beneficial at all.

tried that sorta with a lucas fuel injector bottle, luckily had it in a zip loc bag because it leaked after a while, what kind of bottles? i found these but not sure if they would handle automotive oil...
