Both part numbers (RE9B-T and RE7C-L) can be found for around $20 each at most retailers.
Cheapest I've found is Advance Auto Parts online store. Total is $80, which is over $75 for free shipping. Typically there is a 15% off $50+ promotion, which reduces the total to $70. Add a can of MAF/TB cleaner to get back over $75 to get your free shipping back.
Otherwise, Amazon.

People should REALLY avoid ebay for maintenance items. You only rarely know who you are purchasing from. Stick with places that are cheaper or the same price that are known vendors/shops/etc...
$18-20 per plug is pretty much the cheapest you can get. BHR sells them pretty much at cost of $66 when purchased with the ignition kit, if that tells you how little margin is available for places. Buying less than that means they are either losing money on them (which is acceptable when reached because of discounts, suspicious when there aren't any of those), or you are buying fakes.
Mazmart, Amazon.com, Advance Auto, Autozone, etc... all have them for that price, are easily accessible, and if anything goes wrong you are covered by this thing called customer service. Ebay, it's a gamble if your seller knows what that is.
