I feel ya man, most of these rotor dinks forget that they too were noobs once. They would like to return the favour. You know like an initiation. Reading up here helps but most of it is jargon. And it's difficult for a noob to separate fact from fiction. You actually got off lucky, you didn't get called out by a one eyed wobbly sausage that uses big words to try and intimidate you, I mean sure it does justify unpaid student loans, but it just tarnishes the image of the rx8 owner. Makes us look worse than Beemer owners. I'll be sure to give you the straight goods without the sodomy. After all if we love this car, we should stick together. #rx8livesmatter

Secondly sonic, if this were a perfect world your advice would be great. Truth is it's not and neither is this forum. I rarely find what I'm looking for when typing keywords into the search bar and I know a fair bit about cars.
Just imagine for these younger guys that have no clue about rx8s and run into the same problem as someone like me.
It's like telling a new soldier to walk through a minefeild and choose the correct path, when he doesn't know what the correct path is. And even when looking for it, it still remains a mystery. I'm a passionate rx8 owner and I have compassion for people who share this passion. i just think if these threads, the ones outlining problem/fixes would all have a difinitive conclusion, there would be a lot less "hey what do I do here questions" we're not all nails waiting to be hammered.
Sometimes it's a screw which requires another tool. Does that make sense? Or am I talking out of my ***?
