Brake Lights Out

Brake Lights Out
Hi guys,
So recently, my ABS light came on along with the slippery car icon on my dashboard. Someone stopped me in on the road and said my brake lights were out.
I checked the fuse and it was blown. So after replacing the fuse, everything was back to normal. But the next day, the fuse blew again. So I bought 4 more fuses and the fuse box blew all 4 of them. If you turn on the headlights, the rear lights will come on, but won't light up when the brakes are pressed. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I apologize for not having pictures, but as soon as I get the chance I'll upload some.

Please keep your posts to 1 thread on that topic. Posting the same question in multiple places is against forum rules and doesn't help you any more.
You have a short somewhere in the wiring harness. You will need to get a wiring diagram and start tracing wires.

Do you know where they sell wiring harness manuals for the RX-8? I can't imagine a place like Pep Boys or Auto Zone would have that, right? I know if I take it to a mechanic, it'll be pricey and trying to avoid that at all costs.

If you search the site, you can find others with the same issue, there may be a quick solution among them, and possibly even posted wiring diagrams.
