Car Rattle

I have a question about a rattle that I've pin pointed to be from under the trans/mid pipe area. I've attached a video

Could the power plant frame not be adjusted properly causing the transmission shift linkage to rub on the exhaust as a result?

The rattle becomes much louder with the AC on, and on another note when I have the AC on the car feels like it's going to stall when stopping but the rpm drop is significant. I do live in Arizona and right now it's 115 mid day running the AC I understand is hard on the engine could this be a factor? Or Compressor issues? I've verified belt tension.

BHR Coils plugs new midpipe is bhr rx8 performance motor mounts in good shape 120k miles 79k shortblock rebuild 4 port auto no overheating issues 90c-100c on ect with obd

Could be many things. Does the noise vary with rpm or with speed? Does it only happen with ac on or all the time? It's not possible to localize a sound from a video , but you can take a broomstick or similar piece of wood and hold one end to your ear and the other touching various components until you hear the noise through the stick. That will tell you what's vibrating.

Could be the upper portion of the catalytic converter heatshield?

The noise happens in drive at idle with the AC on. The heat shield is intact no loose parts, all bolts are secure on the exhaust I think it's something to do with the power plant frame being moved when they rebuilt the engine.

On another note I was tackling a vacuum leak and found the fuel rail insulator had 2 broken pieces from the oil injectors vacuum lines. I'm wondering if the vacuum leak is causing the increased vibration throwing off the idle, I don't have a check engine light though but could hear the leak on top of the UIM. I also replaced the o rings on the fuel Injectors but now I'm waiting to find a new fuel rail insulator and lines

I also think the engines life was cut short due to the oil injection system not working properly thats why this thing has low compression at 40k on the reman shortblock.
