cat converter ?to buy

^ You might want to hang onto yours until you have verified your strategy to pass inspections will actually work. I have to keep my cat and swap it in (tomorrow, actually), then drive 150 or so miles to achieve an acceptable ready state to pass. My car's ECU is very diligent about checking emissions, which means I have a very (too) small window for inspection.

I put it on my car for about 3 weeks to pass emissions JIC before I took it off.
It's the only reason I got it.
It had a scorch mark on it, but I passed, not sure if they checked it, but my OBD Bluetooth dongle was on the floorboard, so they might have.
It fit good anyways, can't say how long it will last.

Go with the BHR midpipe. Sounds the best and doesn't cost a fortune. You can get one with or without a cat. I ordered mine with a cat about a week ago, ran me $575. Please don't get the AP like masonflint44, you'll regret it.
