Exclamation CEL p0661 need to fix ASAP

I got a p0661 code. i read a few posts and tried everything except for taking out the valves. All the electrical connections are fine and all vacuum hoses are fine too. I tried moving the solenoids by hand and they move freely so i know they're not stuck. I need to get an emissions test soon and need to fix this issue. is there anything else i can do besides taking it apart just to clean them, and if thats all i have to do how good of a chance do i have of that clearing the code?

one more note, i know that the smog air pump is bad so i need to replace it, could this be the cause?

9 times out of 10 p0661 is a fault code for the ssv solenoid. Replace it yourself for $30 and zoom zoom on. Air pump won't cause that code.

Part number is K5T49091.

It is a common vacuum solenoid manufactured by Mitsubishi You can pick tthem up for roughly $30 new off of eBay. Or you could go to a dealer and pay $100 for the sensor and an additional $300 for labor. Not including any taxes. I highly suggest you diy and have some fun

Pulled out my UIM today to check the SSV solenoid, I charged the solenoid with 12V and nothing. I did the same thing to the other two and they work normally so i'm going to order a new one and install it soon so i can finally get my emissions test done and register my car!
