Exclamation Check engine light

Is there Any way to read the codes to the check engine light with out a reader?

No, but most auto parts stores will read the codes for free.

An Android phone with the Torque app and a Bluetooth dongle will work.

Or an iphone with a wifi dongle and dashcommand. Or the standalone readers are very cheap and come in handy.
