Concave wheels

Hey guys.. I'm looking into getting some new wheels for my '09 RX8 and I'm having a little trouble with picking a set out. My question is this: What factors go into making a wheel look the most concave?? Through the research I've done it looks like the wider the tire is the more concave it will be.. and that's as far as I got. I've done some research on the offset of wheels and it kinda confuses me.. so does offset play a vital role in concavity as well? If so would it be + offset or - offset that would help? Or is just the type of wheel in general that helps with the concave look? I've been looking at the Rota Torque wheels and the Enkei pf01 wheels and I'm in love with that style. I realize they're both a copy of the Work Emotion cr kai, but I'm not trying to spend that much money for wheels just yet. The Rota Torques only go as wide as 9.5" and the Enkei go as wide as 10.5".. so that leaves me with the offset. What (if any) offset would give me the most concave look? Also, would spacers do anything for the concave look as well? Sorry if my question is ridiculous.. I'm new to the wheel game and I just want my car to look good with that concavity I'm after..

Eh, sounds like you need to do more research. It really comes down to the type of wheel and if it is an actualy 'concave' wheel. Check out BBS 'mesh' style wheels ... you can get those nice and wide with no concavity. Instead, they get a nice length lip, and dished look.

Spacers wouldn't do anything except push the wheel further outboard. It wouldn't affect the geometry of the wheel itself which is what gives a wheel its 'concave' style.
