i keep looking for schematics or info on which pin nbr i for an A/T to communicate with the computer if anyone know what nbr i shoould be connecting i would appreciate it.

I don't follow. You want to replace the OBD port itself? As far as I know there's no special wire there for the auto trans, the port gets data via CANbus, which is 2 wires (can+, can-) and obviously the same locations as any other car, you can google omage search for the OBD pin layout.
