DCS/TCS Strange Issue

I know what your thinking "Do the DSC/TCS reset procedure to turn off the lights!" But that's not my issue... (TLDR At bottom of post)

Car Specs: 2004 RX8 6spd GT with pretty much every factory and dealer addon, Lightning Yellow, 44k miles, Borla(?) Catback, OEM Catalytic Converter (Installed new 2k miles ago to pass emissions), BHR Coils/MSD wires/NGK plugs installed in the last month, Compression (Checked at dealership 2months/200 miles ago) F1 7.6 F2 7.6 F3 7.8 R1 8.2 R2 8.1 R3 8.2 @ 250 RPM

Car was feeling a bit weaker and taking an extra second to start up so I had her comp ran to see how the engine was doing (I do have a series 1 starter which I know are notorious for slow cranking). I attributed most of the small power loss to the factory cat so I ordered a BHR Midpipe to hopefully get a few more ponies back.

To the electrical stuff. Was having cruise control issues since buying the car 2.5 years ago and getting a pending fault for the brake switch, never thought much of it cause I rarely use cruise and the problem was intermittent. The other day I noticed my brake lights weren't functioning, and then my buddy steps in and says "Oh yeah like 3 months ago when we were going to a car meet I noticed your brake lights were out but forgot to tell you." I'm pretty lucky I didn't get rear ended driving around. Have they not been functioning fully for 2.5yrs? I don't do much night driving so It never really stood out to me. Raises the question of how I passed two separate state safety inspections both at dealerships? Anyway, Replaced the switch and brake lights and cruise are fully operational.

Now the can of worms... when I bought the car it had an Interceptor-X piggyback ECU which when I removed realized had creeped into the other systems and damaged some modules along with PCM/ECU. I pulled an ECU and a few of the other damaged modules from a junkyard and the dealership reprogrammed them to work with each other and everything was back up and running. I know the ECU/PCM I got was from a 2004 Manual GT with DSC because it was a manual with leather interior and heated seats and sunroof. After that I noticed the DSC switch by the dimmer switch and thought might as well turn off the nerf setting and have some fun, but when I pressed the button nothing happened, held it for a long time still nothing. The warning lights on the dash don't turn on at all. It has been picking at me forever that this doesn't work because there are times when I want to have a little fun in the parking lot of my garage space with the other guys, but I don't want to risk traction kicking in and putting me on a danger course.

So TLDR
Symptoms are DSC switch does not work at all, the warning lights on the gauge cluster never come on even with just the key on or during starting, And looking back at it I don't think I've ever seen my ABS warning light come on with key on or starting either.
Troubleshooting done so far is scan for codes (none), check all kick panel fuses and engine bay fuses (all tested fine), looked for any noticeable loose connections around the switch (none, and I'm assuming if a crucial switch were unplugged it would trigger codes for it).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've found basically 1 thread with a similar issue and it just dead ended with no solution offered.
