Differential acting strange - Please help

I would have posted this in the troubleshooting section, but since I'm a new member (long-time lurker) I can only post here for a while.

I know this car comes with a torsen type LSD installed from the factory. I've noticed recently that under certain conditions the differential acts like an open diff.

If you do a burnout going straight, the diff works well. The diff locks and both wheels spin. If you turn left and gas it, it holds grip well until it breaks loose when the diff locks and it starts to smoothly slide like it should. However, when you turn right and do the same thing the outside wheel grips the road and the inside tire burns rubber freely, acting like an open diff. It doesn't slide at all. If you try to do an S shaped burnout it'll fail as soon as you get to the right turn portion.

These symptoms are really apparent on wet road. In fact, on wet pavement its annoying to drive because right turns loose grip on the inside tire making it impossible to accelerate through tight corners.

I've changed the diff oil within the last 6000 miles. I didn't see any metal shavings or other signs of wear.

I recently took it into the local Mazda dealership and explained this exactly. They took it for a drive and said nothing is wrong with it. I'm super frustrated at the moment and am hoping someone here knows what I'm talking about.

Thanks in advance for the help!
