ecu not grounding circuit relay for FP

hi everyone I'm new to these forums and I'm in need of help I have a 2004 Mazda rx8 and. As the title says ecu is not grounding circuit relay for FP I been working on the car for months did a bridge port on the car first time started ran great very single time but would go into limp mode after weeks of working on it figured out that the OMP was making it go into limp mode when finally got that fix I was working on the front oxygen sensor and cut the wires for the oxygen heater and they touched and sparked after that the car didn't want to turn on I have checked the circuit and I am getting power to the cuircuit relay and when I ground the circuit relay manually I can hear the pump prime and I can start the car but the car won't idle and just dies out but i followed the blue and black wire from the circuit relay that leads to the ecu and found that cable in perfect conditions I decided to get a new ecu for the car but it wouldn't ground the circuit relay even with the new ecu but when I have the car off the ground wire to the circuit relay has ground but when I turn the ignition the wire dosent have ground anymore can anyone help me I am going crazy and running out of ideas

Geesh, use punctuation man.

How much experience do you have reading wiring diagrams?

Sorry about the punctuation English my second language but I am some what good not the best but can understand them I have the wiring diagram for the circuit and fuel pump relays and I checked them out and I am getting power to the circuit relay but not getting ground from ecu could it be that another sensor is causing the ecu not to ground the relay like bad e shaft sensor?

Ah okay, I will cut you some slack then,

Let me try and understand what you have done. So what was causing limp mode?

Haha okay thank you! And well the first time I was installing the motor in the rx8 after I had done the bridge port on it as I was installing it the omp position sensor got caught and didn't realised it and when I lowered the motor in the sensor broke off and after I found out the sensor had broken I decided to look online for one and everyone would only sell them as one whole unit with the OMP So I and people would talk about just buying the whole thing but I didn't really pay much attention so I found one local and bought it (just the sensor) and installed it and would just go into limp mode and I decided to get the OBD and check out the codes I found one code for the heater circuit for the upstream oxygen sensor so I decide to take it off and have a look after inspection I saw that one of the heater wires was cut so I decided to re wire it and during the process my friend had connected the battery to roll up the windows on the car and I had not realised and the two heater wires from the oxygen sensor touched and sparked up after I had finished rewiring the oxygen sensor I tried starting the car and it wouldn't turn on or even prime after that I decided to jump the circuit relay to prime and the FP did turn on and prime the engine after that I tried to turn on the car and it did it idle bad but I was happy (so far) it had turned on after this I decided to go back to the original problem of the limp mode and did some research and decided to buy a OMP for 25 dollars after installing i jumped the circuit relay again and decided to turn on and it did I waited 10 seconds and BOOM no limp mode car would rev super good and nice but when I would let go of the gas it would just die
