Eps issue - trq_s_corr and eps_mtr

HEY,
i have a 2005 Auto. just replaced the radiator and the fans and throttle body. car was driving fine for a few days afterwards.
my power steering was working all fine on a drive to shops turned off engine and 5 minutes later tried to start the car and there was no power, took key out and back in and the power returned but the dials were jumping like when you try to crank with a flat battery. car started normally after that but i had no power steering and the light was on.

i have been troubleshooting and trying to fix it for the last 4 days. I have read every power steering thread i could find on here and reddit. watched multiple youtube videos.
i have tried:
checked 60a fuse
checked battery terminals - negative was a little loose; secured but issue persisted
inspected unplugged and reconnected everything in the EPSCM and Noise filter.
resetting ecu
reflashing ecu
eps reset via mazda iDS
i cleaned the connectors, when that didnt work i soldered them together. fans and torque sensor are functioning perfectly
ive checked continuity of the harness which all is good.

When using iDS to inspect the eps data i have found:
the B+ voltage is good and consistant.
the EPS_MTR is jumping from 0.00A to -1.00A at random intervals
the TRQ_S is functioning properly and changes Nm when moving the steering wheel
the TRQ_S_CORR is stuck on 1.75Nm

with the torque sensor correction being stuck im thinking it may be an issue with the EPSCM but because the EPS motor is going from 0.00A to -1.00A im unsure exactly what the issue could be.
could this still be a harness issue of power from the noise filter to the EPS motor?

edit: when asking iDS for serial numbers is leaves the eps blank but all the other modules show the correct serial numbers
any help would be greatly appreciated!

In ids and following the https://www.rotaryheads.com/PDF/RX8/8Steering.PDF i have discovered:
DTC B1342
DTC B2278
DTC U1900
i will follow the guide for each dtc and see where it takes me.

continuity was present in every required step.
looks like ill need to replace the EPS control module and/or steering gear and linkage
