Arrow Flooding my car and engine light on

Hi. I think i just flooding my car and is not a good feeling at all. Short story, was very cold outside and i want to go out with the car, after 1 minute something happened with my sister and i just stop the engine and i run in the house. Next 2 days, when i try to start my rx8 2004, i can't. I just charge the battery full, i was thinking this is the problem, after i put the battery back the car still don't start and on that time i realize i flooded the engine 2 days ago. Finally i start the car with unflooding metod ( https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-do-...lumber-182410/ ) and i was for a run on motorway for 100 miles trying to clean the engine. I try many times to go with the car on 9k rpm and to drive few hours but now, when i have the engine on, if i don't push the acceleration the engine just die. Also when i drive fast and i press the break and put in second gear all the light on the dashbord just come out and sometimes the engine just stop. Also show me on the dashbord check the engine light, i just check it with odb2 code reader and gives me P2096 ( post catalyst fuel trim system ). What can i do to fix the problem in this case ?

It sounds like your battery cables are corroded or poorly connected to the battery. Pressing the brake puts extra load on the system (because the brake lights come on) and other systems become underfed. I had this in an old car once. Clean the battery terminal and cable clamps and make sure they're well attached.

Do that, see if the symptoms and OBD code comes back. And DON'T beat on it to "clean it out" if you know it's not in good health. That can lead to expensive and unnecessary problems. Just drive normally.
