Flywheel counter weight selection.

I am planning on buying a new/used transmission as my second gear synchro is shot, and figured while I'm in there might as well pull the trigger on a lightweight flywheel. I'm thinking of going with the BHR and my question is does it really matter what brand counter weight I use? I see a variety of counter weights from various reputable brands and some from some not so reputable brands, with a rather large price difference. So do I pay 250 for a ACT counter weight or do I go with the cheap F1 for 145? And is there a real difference?

Thanks for any input

I bought mine from Mr. BHR "hisself". I bought what he told me to.

Flywheel has been fine, it and the counter weight are on my second 8 (Jessica). The first one (Brandy) was killed by a Camry. I did go back to an OEM clutch. Stage 1 was too heavy, it screwed with the balance of the car. Everything was nice and light except that clutch.

Do you think the exedy stage 1 is enough of a clutch for Greddy turbo kit? I picked up a whole greddy turbo set up for 500, still not sure if I want to install it or not.
