i have a 2004 japanese imported mazda rx8 right hand drive. the previous owner replaced the stock nav dvd with a normal dvd player. My front driver's speakers don't work and as i read on the forum the reason it may be the nav dvd replacement. According to that thread that guy managed to make them work. Can anybody help me or at least identify where that wires are located?

Looks like the plug that goes into the OEM headunit

You need a wiring diagram for the stock stereo and one for the aftermarket unit and then you need to figure out which wires you need to connect to make it work
