Front Lip and Spoiler Install Questions

So I recently purchased the Shine Auto Type II front lip and the VIS Racing 2dr Wings Spoiler for my 8. I'm trying to see if anyone has these and if they have links or anything that would help with installation. Both come with hardware but some of the hardware I have no idea what it is for. Not too familiar with body work type things.
