Funny story to hopefully brighten your day

So I decided it's about dang time to get the lawn mowed. It's been time for about the last month here in Southern Missouri. Moved the 8 and wasn't thinking. Shut her off cold. This was Saturday. So I go to take my daughter to school today and it obviously had a little Bit of a hard time starting, and when it did, it looked like the gods had descended onto my car port. My wife had never seen this so she comes running out screaming like a banshee. She thought something was a'fire. I premix pretty rich so I'm sure this only helped to make a bigger cloud. So needless to say, none of us needed our coffee to wake up. My poor daughter is 5 and saw momma freaking out so she did too just because. Now there is a silver lining to the early morning chaos. I've got an 04 MT with about 136,xxx and she's had a bit of a rough idle for a while now. Not anymore! I guess the extra gas must have washed off the carbon or something because now this dang thing idles better than any 8 I've ever been in. Maybe it's just a fluke but I was just sitting there laughing this morning before I got out of it to go to work. Just a funny story about an Rx-8. I'm sure everybody has one or two. Y'all have a good one. -Ryan

Sounds like the gas might've loosened up some carbon buildup? Looked like a seafoam treatment?

Glad it made things better and not worse :D Thanks for the story
