NZ Gear box rattle

Hi guys.

Hope you can help. I have a 2007 manual RX8 with what seems to be a rattle from my gear box when in gear, but absent when in neutral. My dealer says its a split gearshift rubber gator and has ordered a part called a sheet boost console, part no FO-F157 64490. What does it do and is it easy to fit, i cant find any pictures of this part or information on it.

Its part of the transmission i guess, but you don't have to worry about it now when the dealer is going to fix the gear box rattle issues your having.

I can't find one for the rx8, but i found this link, it could be one of those parts, but this one is for a Mazda B2200...

SHEET, BOOST. CONSOLE (2600CC); CONSOLE (MT)(2600CC). Fits: Mazda: B2200 (1987-1993), B2000 (1986-1987), B2600 (1987-1993). # UC8064491

I get the gear shift rubber gator, that's the rubber boot that covers the shifter where it connects to the tranny, the part # is a mystery, Shoot ASH a message, he will know for sure .
