If your entire map from your stock ECU was flashed to the latest Mazda TSB and it equaled the Cobb file that is really good news.

I basically accomplished the same thing with the original *.dat file because I moved it to another secure location so that I could move it back later. One thing I am not sure about is really how does ATR use the files. When using ATR you have a "working" map but can always go back and reference the Base map. As I understand the working map that is saved is actually the *.dat file. In this case we tricked it to use our map from our ECU. Is this correct? If so then what does ATR use to pull up (revert) back to the Base map (in others words what file is that)?

I had to take about a year off this project and never got it finished. I was very busy at work. I am trying to make some changes to a stock style table and upload it to my car. Right now the tuner is uninstalled and I am trying to open ATR and modify a tune so I can upload it. Can someone refresh my memory on the basic steps?

When I open ATR it opens a file. A few questions.

1) What file is it using when I open ATR?
2) How do I modify that file? It will not allow me to edit any values.
3) Once I get this file edited do I need to save it or does it automatically modify whatever file is in item 1 above? The reason I ask is that I tried to save (even though I could not edit) but it gave me some kind of error.

Hopefully with a little help I can get this going!
