I got stuck, I was able to jump the car, next day no crank at all.
After a long day, the problem was the wire connector that comes from the starter to the flat part of the starter solenoid?
It was loose, is there anyway to prevent this?

Also found a damaged metal strap that I want to replace near the cat.
What is this called? I think it is the strap on the far right in this picture.

The damaged metal you have pictured is a subframe brace. Its likely when it was damaged, the starter wiring was damaged as well. I would replace the bracing. The signal wire for the starter may have issues clipping onto the flat blade connector on the starter due to a cracked plastic connector. You will want to inspect it for damage. The only fix is to replace it by soldering in a new pigtail.

Is that piece part of the main wiring harness. I found this part and I think it has the starter connections on it. Part F151-67-070G for a 2007. I'd rather replace it if this is the correct part to fix the loose piece that goes on the solenoid.
