What oil is in the trans and is it still in it?
If you clutch in while stopped and put the gear into first, do the rpms drop or does the car still try to crawl with the clutch pressed?

So if the car crawla forward with clutch in, the clutch isn't disengaging fully and you need to either adjust the friction point higher on the pedal using the nuts on the clutch pushrod, or you bave clutch master or slave cylinder problem or there's aie in the clutch line.

Try to adjust the pedal first, if it helps and doesn't fet worse again with time, the hydraulics are probably fine. For adjustment you want to bring the pedal linkage closer to the firewall to raise the friction point.
