This car doesn't have an EGR valve or pipe:/ What exactly did you replace and clean then?

Have you reset the ECU after all these changes?
Replacing the MAF is very rarely necessary. Try putting the old one back and see if it changes. Make 1000000% sure there are no leaks, however small, in the intake tract. You can use an OBD reader to check long term fuel trim when the car is idling cold. If its higher than say 8, you have a vacuum leak that may be playing into this.

The catalytic converter is a weak point on these cars, and often results in a P0420. Remove it and visually inspect the catalyst lattice for damage.

What kind of coils did you install?

Sounds like a bad Catalytic Converter. You have the faulty air pump code, bad catalyst code plus a misfire in rotor 2. Make sure you take it down and check it. If it's clogged or you see the catalyst is damaged, time to get a midpipe and let that car breathe.

Its removable. Just take it out and inspect first. Could also try to run it with the cat off and see if it makes a difference. If it does then that's your problem for sure.

So it's nothing obvious then. You have fuel trim data?

If you haven't compression tested in a while, best have Mazda do it for you while it's in. First thing they should do actually.

No problem. If the engine is the issue, makes no sense to replace parts.
