are you talking about rebuilding the keg? only if a rotary specific compression test shows it failed. its an expensive and labor intensive process

From the pics it looks like there is a vacuum line going to the BARO sensor. This is the sensor located by front passenger strut tower in front of air pump. This should have no vacuum line attached to intake and should be left open to atmosphere.This measures barometric pressure. If you connect this to engine vacuum your engine will run like crap

It is running but now I have oil sitting on top of the motor when I drive. Pools of it. Everything I’m finding is saying apex seals. Does this sound right.

Not really? Apex seals don't lead to the outside. You could remove them entirely and oil wouldn't find its way to the top of the engine. That sounds more like a broken OMP line or injector. Figure out where that oil is coming from. Is there oil in the intake?
