Help! Engine starts.

Hello everyone,

I have a RX-8 (2006), which is 47000 miles.
Im currently at a camping field where is quite muddy and wet grasses. In order to change a place to park my car, I moved 20 maters yesterday, which might be a main reason..?
And now that the engine doesn’t start……
The cell turns and tries to start the engine, but the engine will not start.
I presume it’s because either spark plugs are covered by oil of moving yesterday or fuel pomp doesn’t work properly…?

I’m based in Manchester, U.K. and I need some advices if anyone knows;
1. A good garage for RX-8 near Manchester, U.K.
2. What you think the problem and how I would be able to sort out ?

Would be amazing if I can get any information.

Thank you
Kento

Well, first you would need to run the codes before you do anything, and as a member has said most scanners will not read Rotary/Mazda codes.. ( the first code reader I had used only showed a 02 Sensor and a SSV Solenoid, after I purchased a better scanner found out my OMP is acting up )

It's flooded. Google the deflood procedure and try that. You may need a boost as deflooding can take a while and run down the battery.
