Can anyone identify this ic chip inside pcm 2004 mazda rx8 I lost keys,got a locksmith_/key programmer to come and sort it but couldnt program new key I found this ic660 has had meltdown number on top of chip F5041 37180 thankyou

Likely best to look for a replacement ECU. That IC has melted... but likley other things have taken a hit as well...

Might want to see if you have another wiring issue that could have caused that as well...
