Try asking that in the West RX-8 Forum.
You could browse the "Good guy, bad guy" forum (or is it a thread?) and see if anyone in your neighborhood pops up as good guy.

What do you need done?
The engine is pretty unique, but everything else about the car is basically the same as any other car when it comes to how to repair. So if you need the engine rebuilt, your closest good rebuilder is BHR in Phoenix. Anything else, you can pick any reputible mechanic in the city, doesn't have to be an RX-8 specialist.
I don't recommend having any regular shop or any dealer do the diagnosis on a problem with the RX-8 though. Come here for that, and then you can take the solution we give you to the mechanic to have them implement. There is a lot of misinformation about the car that leads mechanics down the wrong roads when it comes to trying to diagnose a problem.

If you buy the OEM clutch kit from BHR for $375, it comes with the clutch, pressure plate, both bearings you need, and the pilot bearing seal. Any competent shop mechanic can do the clutch replacement in 3-4 hours.
I don't know what you mean by "it kick me back the 3 gear". If it's not staying in 3rd gear, and pops to neutral, that is a problem with the transmission internals. I can't think of anything else you might mean. If the transmission internals DO have a problem, it's usually cheaper to just buy a used transmission than try to rebuild the one you have. Good tranmission specialists are expensive and other transmission specialists or general mechanics are likely to damage far more of the transmission trying. Nothing unique about the rotary there though. All transmissions are like that.
