does anyone know why Greddy quit making the rx8 turbo kit ?
reading thru all the posts some of you have been at this a long time and might even have been in on the testing

I don't know the answer to that specifically. what I would say is that the kit had a reputation for grenading engines very early on due to a poor tuning solution and some inferior components . Many were able to overcome these issues and create a reliable albeit low power turbo setup using the Greddy kit as a base.

was just curious, most kits now are high boost, racer stuff
alot of people just want a better torque curve...greddy seemed to fit the bill
also lower boost prob safer, no kaboom

The Greddy Emanage is garbage. There’s a thread a member mentioned that the leading and trailing table was reversed. Idk when it got discontinued, but I assume that back then there wasn’t a lot of tuning software available.
