If it stalls and doesn't restart, and you had a clogged cat, I would check compression before spending any more time/money on it. If the engine needs to come out, the O2 can wait.
Depending on which sensor and what code, you either replace the sensor or live with a check engine light for the hollowed out cat. If you post clear specifics, we can go from there.

I just put in a different motor. I can't remember all the codes. But I've removed the cat it was clogged 100% it was falling out as well

If you want the check engine light not to be always on because of the missing cat, you'll need VersaTune or MazdaEdit to supress the code in the ECU.
If you have other O2 sensor problems, we'll need to know what they are. When you get the codes, we can figure this out.

+1^^

IF you just want to turn the CEL off when it pops up, there are apps.
I use the Torque app for Android.

Idk Tim Apple.

There's a basic free version, & a more advanced one, which was a one time $5 fee years ago when I got it.
IDK what it is now.

They don't really work. They made sense in OBD1 days but modern cars run diagnostics on the sensors every drive cycle so the sensors have to respond to mixture changes not just show a constant value
