CA Hopin someone will help me with this

As much as I hate askin for help,,Im afraid its come to that. Soooo, I will start at the beginning.Problem child is a 2004 rx8 with MT. Odo now reads 88k, but supposedly this is an engine swap recipient. Background is as follows. Mom got this car 2 years ago at an auto auction. Gr8 deal at the time. Now, not so much.Car would not run when she "won" the bidding. Car went to "mechanic" and there it has been ever since, up until a few days ago when I picked it up. During the time the mechanic had it, they supposedly swapped the engine, although I have no way of verifying this. Mom still had control of the situation at this point so all we were getting was bits and pieces of the story. Fast fore ward to today. My patience ran out when we received a toll violation in the mail, A toll violation on a car that was supposedly sitting in a garage in Fresno unable to start due to ecm issues. So I picked up the car on flat bed and dropped in my driveway.I was quite shocked when the car started right up.. idled at 2k for a bit, just purrin like a kitten until she warmed up. Then all hell broke loose, Idle jumpin and surgin until she quit. Few seconds later she starts right back up , and same scenario, Idled awesome, until she didnt. Not once has she thrown CEL but the idle issue sucks. Here is what I have done so far trying to narrow this down. Cleaned throttle body, cleaned and replaced MAF,---checked vac hoses one by one for leaks---checked spark plug wires and plugs,,--tested neutral safety switch on trans---replaced eccentric sensor--Its gotta be something simple I'm missing. Common sense tells me it has to do with something that changes when the engine warms up but cant quite get it. Would a faulty coolant sensor cause an idle issue after warm up? Im a total rotary newbie, and Im done throwing parts at it so if someone could jump in here with me I would forever be in their debt..lol. Thanks for taking the time to roll your eyes as you read this.. Cheers...
edited, brought some more info in case someone runs across this. A diag report to glance at

It says engine rpm higher than expected so I would guess a serious vacuum leak. The intake needs to be airtight after the MAF

If the engine has been out, it's possible the vacuum lines are just misrouted.

Kool, thanks for the replies and suggestions. UPDATEEEEE... Ok here was the solution. Upstream 02 sensor was toast, heater as well as signal were no bueno. Downstream 02 was the victim of a shoddy wire hack job. At some point the connector was cut off of the car side. When they attempted to put it back together they crossed the signal and heater wires. And thats that , UNTIL I BLOW AN APEX RIGHT?..Cheers folks
