Impossible to put Ex mode on radio

Hello from Spain, I have a problem with my radio, I have a yatour module connected to listen to music from the 3.5 jack but it is impossible to set the ex mode. I press the cd button twice with no luck, I even disconnected the battery to reset everything but there was no luck. My radio version is 9.55. If someone could help me I would be very grateful. Thanks
