Well right off the bat, the engine undertray is missing and that's a functional component of the cooling system. Without it air goes under the car instead of through the radiator and the car overheats at speed. Problem number 1.
Your fuel line looks like a fuel line, but I don't recall it having that sheath on it. Seems unusual.
What intake is on there? On the stock car, the rubber accordion section in front of the throttle body is where many of those vacuum hoses are supposed to hook up. The AEM/Mazdaspeed intakes have nipples on the metal pipe section for same. All I see here is a silicone union and a smooth pipe. Can you take a picture of the whole intake or tell us the make?
Cheap/poorly designed intakes are super bad for this car.
What is the hose labeled 'Thailand' connected to at both ends? I can't think of what that would be on a stock car.

i dont know the brand on the coils and this is the way i bought the car. and k&n is correct on the intake and thats the gas line i was talking about... idk i fillowed the diagram and i think i messed up somewhere should i just pull everything out and try it again step by step to see where i went wrong? like the diagrams dont match what i have in my car and this is why im having an issue

The thin line with the elbow in the first picture is your primary fuel line.
I think in addition to taking it all apart and reconnecting, you may need to get some of the original lines. The fuel lines are all on quick-disconnects, so if someone really cut off the disconnects and clamped the lines instead, without a bead on the hard line, you're driving around on a fire hazard.
Try to find a used original intake too, it will have the nipples to connect all this stuff properly. That K&N thing trades horsepower for headaches.

Can you post a vid of you trying to start the car? There could be a million reasons why it's not turning over. Those coils are cheap ebay coils and should be changed out asap. It's likely an issue with ignition just based on the pictures I'm seeing. Have you tried to deflood it?
