Driving my unreliable rx8
It looks like your MAF is low. I think I saw 4.2g/sec. Vacuum leak?
I would check your injector wiring and look for vacuum leaks while you're in there. the combination could explain your High trim.

I had troubles with injector wiring. The colors get faded no the ends. you need to remove the tape and look at the wire. That way you can see the color of each wire very well.

Post your IDLE MAF g/sec. Also check the system for vacuum leaks and if you find none, then check your injector wiring.
If you do not try the basic problems then there is no reason for us to try helping.

I have been seeing maf rates like that when cranking, so I'll vouch for the vacuum leak too. Test with a vacuum tester if you have one at hand. You can also try spraying starter fluid on the intake manifold to find possible leaks.

With STFT that bad and MAF that low, I'd going to be a pretty big leak. Like the intake manifold service port caps are missing or there is a complete gasket missing somewhere, or the intake isn't seated correctly, etc...
