Jumped in the middle of a three year Himni Turbo build, need some plumbing advice

Hey guys, I just had an 05 RX8 Himni build project dropped on me here at the shop.

Back story:

Customer installed a one off prototype Himni turbo system in his RX-8. This has been an ongoing project for him for about 3 years. Kit is 90% installed, with plumbing and wiring and some etc to be completed.

I am primarily a Euro drive-ability tech; I am not a RX8 aficionado in the least. I've only had one or two in the bay and condemned them both. However he is so close to completion that I would like to help him out if I can.

The wiring portion is mostly standard practice, so Im not worried about that. However, in the three years since he started this project he has misplaced some coolant hoses and has forgotten where others go. Rather than spend time ($$$) figuring out coolant diagrams I told him I would post in a forum and see if the community could help us out.

Here is what we have:

Lower throttle body coolant hose
Hose near alternator bracket running forward
Hard line behind thermostat housing

As well as two nipples in the thermostat cover (ignore the SS coolant hose attached, that was an incorrectly located turbo feed) and the expansion tank (not yet mounted). The expansion tank has two ports, one of which comes from the front of the Tstat housing/water pump. The other I have not yet tried to figure out.

It would be nice if I had a factory configured example for comparison but sadly none are available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated both him and me.

thanks!

What a cluster ****.

First pic is the vacuum hose for the OMP, it should go in the compressor inlet behind the MAF.

Second is the jet air vacuum hose and it should also go in the compressor inlet behind the MAF.

Throttle body coolant hoses are unneeded, run a coolant hose from the nipple on the tstat housing to the nipple on the rear rotor housing.

And honestly if you could not figure that out then you probably should refuse this job.

Thanks.

It's not inability, its time. What took you 5 minutes would take me an hour of diagrams on alldata. So you just saved this guy $125 and made my life easier. Hence why I decided to ask.
