Logically if the crank pulley wobbles this much, and you're sure the pulley is correctly seated on the crank, then the crank is wobbling and you have no bearing material left. It might not show up in compression since apex seals springs will conform to the movement and the side seals don't care. Check your oil for metal flakes?

I feel engine will have to come out to correct this issue. Is it OK to drive with this much wobble? Other than minor idle vibrations it feels completely normal. When the engine is out do I just change out the bearing? This is a new problem for me I've never seen this kind of wobble on one of these engines before.
Any internal engine bearing replacement will require complete disassembly unfortunately. But if you love the car then its worth doing honestly. If you don't love it and don't really want to put the money into it then it may be time to move on.

Well, I could maybe try to do this myself. I know this engine is good due to the compression test, I’ll likely only need replacement bearings and an o-ring kit. Just hoping the eshaft is still usable. Is there a bearing kit for internal bearings? That I can’t find.
Everything is now sorted. No codes, power steering works great, fixed both power windows and replaced passenger side door handle. Been daily driving hard about a month now, retested compression and received the same results as when I bought the car. The crank pulley still wobbles but only slightly. Your opinion, should I rebuild or just keep driving it? If it does need a rebuild, which bearings are causing that wobble?
