Unhappy Let it not be too difficult.

Hi guys,
I'm in the process of swapping out my blown motor and have have hit upon a little snag..... The banjo bolts on all the oil cooler fittings are different sizes on the two motors. Current motor is about a 20 mm nut atop the the banjo and the rebuilt motor is a 23mm nut. Please let this just be an external difference!! I'm part way through following the guide on removing the engine, well only the starter to drop off really. But this has caused me some headache this morning. have I bought the wrong motor is what is essentially panicking the life out of me!! Any help is most appreciated.
