Metal on my trailing plug?

Metal on my trailing plug?
been having issues off and on for the last few months with my 04MT. replaced some parts and have been mostly able to figure things out with a quick search of the forums but now im at a point that no amount of searching is going to help i think.
Can someone please tell me how much i should be worried about this?
this is my trailing plug from the front rotor.
I have a lot of info to give to better explain my problem but I wouldn't know where to start except to say that I've been having misfires above 4500 RPM since replacing my radiator.

metal shavings on any cars sparks is no bueno, are you sure that's metal shavings and not just carbon build up?
when was the ignition system last changed? (sparks, wires, coils)
if possible have some one spin the engine(Via the pully) while you look through the spark plug holes you will see marks on the rotor if its bad
more info is needed for interwebz help

full ignition parts replaced about 8 months ago, new plug, coils, and wires. replaced radiator in January and car was running rough so i replaced coils and plugs again. was drivable again but then i started having misfires over 4500 RPM, would pull fine up to redline after 6000rpm though. no misfires on no load racing. i wouldn't really get a misfire CEL flash unless i was doing a 3rd gear pull and the motor would go until about 8000 RPM after misfire.
best i can guess is that i have a blown side seal. used Torque to check codes and go this.
EDIT: after seeing the MAF code i had forgot to plug the MAF back in after pulling the airbox out so that i could get a buddy to help manually turn the crank so i could see my apex seals. they looked smooth with no chips that i could see on all 6 apexs.
