Need help!!

Okay, so I wrecked my 2004 Rx8 (car A) last year, pretty bad. I kept the car however because the motor in it was still good. I finally was able to come up with another 2004 car (car B) and I was going to just gut it and put everything from car A in car B. Well, I found car B pretty cheap the kid said it was crank, no start. So I bought it without looking at it really cause I didn't car to much about the motor or anything in it I just pretty much needed to swap all the stuff over from my car A. The only thing the kid told me about it was that it didn't have an ignition when he got it, so he purchased one which was the 2005 flip key. So on car B, the security light is flashing a bunch of times, then it slows to 1, 5 flashes. So I took the ECU/pcm, the ignition, the gauge cluster, and the wires key module out of car A, and put them in car B. And it still flashing the exact same code. Car A will still start up and run just fine if I put everything back in it. What else do I need to take off car A, for car B to get past the immobilizer system? Like I said I have car A that has EVERYTHING i need to put onto car B so having all matching pieces to the immobilizer system is not a problem just need to know what part I an missing that it's saying the key isn't matching.

Oh, and car A has an aftermarket alarm with a key fob that was already installed when I bought the car. Car B doesn't. Would that also need to be switched over to car B for it to read the key with the ecu?

After moving everything over, car A key would need to be used in car B with all the electronics you mentioned moved over. You also need to transfer over the ABS module from car A to car B. You may end up needing to move other stuff as well.

Okay, I will try that today. I think I may have figured it out, I moved the little box behind the dash the keyless entry box but I forgot to move the other keyless box thats behind the passenger side kick panel, which is the immo box I'm pretty sure. So I'm hoping this is gonna solve the problem. I will post an update after.
