Need help, can't post in DIY.

I recently replaced the engine for my series 1 RX-8 and everything works good, it idles perfect and runs great but at 6500 rpm it starts bouncing off it like it's the redline and wont go past it.
changed spark plugs
changed the eccentric shaft positioning sensor
changed eccentric shaft positioning plate
let it run for 30 min on idle to relearn idle

Idk what else to do and people keep ghosting my threads

I really dislike this forums way of treating new members. the initial date to wait and get approved to post on actual sections for your issues is impossible.

Seems like you still have issues, if your friend has a dyno and knows how to make maps let them run it and see whats happening. if not, this is expensive lol

You guys know you can start your trouble shooting threads in the new members section?

The rules are there to keep the rest of the forum clean of scammers and spammers.

What we don't like is new members who don't take the time to understand how the forum works.

Like thinking it's "impossible" to post about "your issues".

The 30 day wait is to keep new members from cluttering up the forum by joining just to create new threads for questions that have been addressed dozens, if not hundreds of times.

If many new members learned how to search for answers they wouldn't keep asking the same questions over and over.

Nothing is stopping new members from asking questions in existing threads, they just can't start new ones for 30 days.
It's highly unlikely anyone has an issue that hasn't been addressed already.
There are extenuating circumstances to many issues, but they're basically the same problems that have occurred with cars that have been around for almost 20 years.

They also don't take the time to read the New Owner forums which answer many questions they want to ask, but would rather be spoon fed answers than take the time to read and learn something or learn the rules of the forum.

One of which is spamming multiple threads for answers isn't allowed.

I went onto reddit to check it out too because of the forum posting issues, alot of people were posting about the APV's, so I'm going to try and troubleshoot that.

Fixed it, just had to take off the front pulley and clean the plate while also dousing the ECC sensor with alcohol to clean it. Now it's on to the next code p2259 code.
