Need help with my rx8
Ok so I just recently bought a used rx8 2005 and since I'm not an expert mecanic and not know alot was looking for help from experts on rx8 and all that. When I started my car it just emptied the water Idk how much but water became to come out through the bottom of the car. My brother in law said it could be the manifold but Idk since I don't know alot. Also no water has been in the engine because I checked the oil but it was not chocolaty color but my friend did say it smelled a bit like gas, but he doesn't know much about rotaries either. If I couldreally get some help, also the car was just parked and yesterday when I got ready for work and went outside, it seemed like it also spilled some Trans oil because it looked violet pinkish color instead of the yellow color motor oil has please really need some help. Don't know if I'd need a new engine or fix something else which would be a bit cheaper. Thanks in advance and good day thanks for reading

I don't know about the water leak. It looks like it is under your year oxygen sensor, which could be loose. There is normally some moisture in the exhaust stream, so it could be leaking condensation from there. More notably, your catalytic converter appears to be missing 2 bolts on the front flange, and is therefore twisted. The leak caused there could be blowing water up on the cat, which is then dripping until the cat gets hot enough to cause evaporation. Those are the best case scenarios.
Worst case scenarios include a coolant seal failure inside the engine, which is allowing coolant to flow into the exhaust stream, etc.
Your best option is to take it to a Mazda dealer or other competent mechanic and pay 1 hour of labor for a proper diagnosis.

Ok and what does the oxygen sensor play role in this case? Would it also have anything to do? My car doesn't start it seems to be flooded also Idk only thing I'm sure is its not mixing water with oil so I don't think it could be any motor issues, I was probably thinking it could be apex seal but Idk I don't know alot of mecanic like I said. And if the catalytic is twisted is it bad?

It probably is not a loose O2 sensor. That would be rare.
What is happening with your coolant level in the bottle under the hood? Does it stay constant, or does some coolant disappear? Does the water under the car smell like coolant? Does the car dump it there when you try to start it? If the answers to those questions are yes, it likely means you have a failed coolant seal inside the engine, which means you need a rebuild.
Having the cat twisted like that means, the car will be extremely loud, and the exhaust will be noxious.
If it is flooded, search for the de-flood procedure and see if you can get it to start.
Without being able to lay hands on the car, the best we can do from afar is guess.

I just checked the coolant and when I bought it I didn't know it didn't have any so they guy when I was almost there told me it needed coolant and water so I just put water into it while I got home but after u put the water it didn't want to start, and earlier it did start before I had put some water in it. So I know that when I had tried starting it at my house it did empty it because there is no water in it right now. My guess is the apex seals they could be damaged and that's why the water leaked but also got told probably the manifold so Idk what to do to it

It's not the apex seals, it is the coolant seals. Either way, the result is the same. You need an engine rebuild.
This is why we stress rotary-specific compression testing before buying a used RX-8 all over this forum. A Mazda dealer would have found the coolant problem during the compression test, and you would have known not to buy it.

You either have to get a replacement engine or pay a rotary engine builder to rebuild yours.
Everything you need to know about both of those avenues is on this forum, waiting for you to spend hours searching and reading.
